Adding a real estate minor
Enrich your education and expand your career potential with an undergraduate minor in real estate. Open to all Cornell University students, this minor requires between 18 and 21 credits. You can customize the program to align with your goals, through enrichment courses, electives, and experiential learning opportunities.

Prepare for a graduate degree
Your real estate education does not have to end with your undergraduate degree. The Rubacha Department of Real Estate offers several pathways for Cornell students to continue their studies while saving time and resources. Through the +1 Master’s Pathway, Cornell undergraduates can earn the STEM-designated Master’s in Real Estate degree with just one additional year of study. Students in the program can also complete their final year in New York City, gaining hands-on industry experience through an immersive learning environment at the center of the global real estate market.
