The Baker Program in Real Estate (MPS-RE)

A collaboration between the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business and the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning, the Rubacha Department is home to the The Baker Program in Real Estate (MPS-RE). 

Our immersive, interdisciplinary graduate program blends core real estate fundamentals like finance, development, and management with coursework in leadership and sustainability. This two-year residential program also offers an optional second-year experience based in New York City, one of the largest commercial real estate markets in the world.
