Resume and interview prep

Making sure you stand out with a prospective employer takes preparation, both on your resume and in your interview. The counsel, review, practice, and feedback offered by the career management services team, your academic advisors, and Baker alumni come from an industry perspective, and are a critical part of your professional development.

One-on-one consultation

Whether you’re examining possible concentrations within real estate, or discussing knowledge, experience, and skill sets employers are looking for, individual conversations with our experienced team can help you make important decisions.

Mock interviews

Practice for your interview in a real-life setting by taking advantage of our many mock-interview opportunities. Whether with the career management services team or a visiting real estate professional, mock interviews strengthen this important part of your job search.

Negotiation training

Getting the offer isn’t the end of your search work. Negotiating the terms of your internship or job contract are significantly easier when you can confer with people who know the industry and the process.
