This pathway into the Baker MPS-RE program allows exceptional undergraduates enrolled at Cornell University to complete the first year of the Baker MPS, while still an undergraduate, making it possible to obtain the master’s in real estate with just one additional year following completion of the undergraduate degree.

The +1 MPS-RE track allows Cornell undergraduates to complete their bachelor’s and master’s degrees on a reduced timeline. This accelerates their educational, professional, and financial potential after leaving the institution.
The Baker program offers courses across two of Cornell’s prestigious colleges, giving students a comprehensive education in real estate with exposure to areas like urban planning, architecture, law, finance, and economics.
Graduates from the Cornell Baker Program in Real Estate see continued success after completing their studies. Of 2023 graduates, 100 percent received job offers within six months of degree completion, reporting an average base salary of $101,875.

Undergraduate students enrolled at Cornell may submit their application to the +1 MPS-RE after January 15th. Applications are to be submitted the year before completing the Bachelor’s degree.
