This pathway into the Baker MPS-RE program allows exceptional undergraduates enrolled at Cornell University to complete the first year of the Baker MPS, while still an undergraduate, making it possible to obtain the master’s in real estate with just one additional year following completion of the undergraduate degree.

Important Application Dates to Remember

Undergraduate students enrolled at Cornell may submit their application to the +1 MPS-RE after January 15th. Applications are to be submitted the year before completing the Bachelor’s degree.
