Other Academic Options

For students interested in combining their study of real estate with other Cornell programs, there are a couple options, including:

• A graduate minor that is available to any professional graduate student from any discipline at the university
• A dual-degree program with the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning
• The +1 Master’s in Real Estate pathway allows for the completion of an undergraduate Cornell degree and then an MPS-RE degree within one additional year
