Biography
Robert W. Dunn graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. degree in Political Science. After graduation, Rob joined Meridian Investments (Boston, MA), a financial services company and broker-dealer providing investment banking and placement agent services to sponsors of tax advantaged and socially responsible real estate investments.
Founded in 1981, Meridian has assisted in the structuring and has served as placement agent for over $7 billion of equity for Section 42 affordable housing tax credit investments. While at Meridian, Rob assisted in raising significant equity capital for affordable housing projects across the country. He also marketed socially responsible private equity funds which focused on industrial, office, and mixed-use properties. Rob decided to enter the Program in Real Estate to enhance and broaden his real estate expertise as well as strengthen his knowledge of real estate finance. Upon the completion of his MPS degree in Real Estate, Rob intends to transition his career into Real Estate Development and Investments either in the U.S. or abroad.
