Biography
Robert Booth graduated from the Marriott School at Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance. While in college Robert worked for Woodbury Corporation, a major commercial developer in the Western United States that has developed over 12 million square feet of office and retail space. Since graduating Robert has worked full-time at Coldwell Banker as a licensed Realtor. He helped numerous clients purchase, sell, and lease various types of real estate. Robert has successfully executed deals in single family residential, multiple unit complexes, new construction, land deals, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, investment property, and commercial property. Robert was also one of four consultants to the Jordan School District, the largest district in the state (over 90 schools). Robert consulted on land issues for school sites, and in client negotiations reviewing contracts. As a real estate professional, Robert holds the ABR designation and has started his coursework towards the CCIM designation. Upon completion of the M.P.S. in Real Estate Robert will pursue a career in real estate investment and development.
