Biography
Frank graduated from Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. Following graduation, he joined renowned architecture firm Dahlin Group, and later, MVE Architects. He worked for clients such as The Irvine Company, and Forest City Enterprises on $100+ million mixed‐use developments. During this time, Frank gained extensive experience in designing large and complex projects, and acquired an eye for the development process. Frank then went to work for Community Dynamics, a development company based in Los Angeles. As Project Manager, he managed the build‐out of a 121‐unit single and multi family community, and delivered the $21 million project on time, and within budget. This project incorporated numerous green building technologies and was one of the largest solar‐powered communities in Southern California. Furthermore, the project won the HUD Gold Award of Excellence in 2007. Frank plans to impact the sustainable urban development sector upon earning his MPS‐Real Estate degree.
In his spare time, he enjoys surf sessions with friends, archery, and mountaineering. He is aiming to summit the tallest mountains of each continent.
