Biography
Susan’s twenty year involvement with real estate began in Florida in the 1980s when she accepted a job with Mercedes Homes; at that time a young, family-owned builder that now ranks in the top 20 homebuilders in the country. After nine years of explosive growth and opportunities to learn many aspects of the construction business, Susan joined another new firm, Masterpiece Homes.
Upon relocating to New York State in 1997, Susan was employed as Marketing and Technology Coordinator at Daniel Gale Real Estate, Long Island’s largest non-franchised realtor, where she helped manage an extensive overhaul of their traditional marketing to embrace new media techniques.
At Cornell, Susan has held positions in the Law School and Engineering’s Earth and Atmospheric Sciences Department.
