Bio
HVS Professor of Hotel Finance and Real Estate, hotel administration; Ph.D., Cornell. His research and consulting interests are in hospitality real estate (hotels, vacation ownership, restaurants, entertainment, retail) and lodging demand/supply dynamics. Prior to joining Cornell, he had a career as a lodging development professional. He teaches courses in real estate principles, hospitality real estate finance, and hospitality asset management.
