Dale Rosenthal is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer for Clark Construction, a privately-held general contractor with annual revenue over $2.5 billion. With twenty years of domestic and international real estate development experience, Ms. Rosenthal joined the Clark group as a development executive with Clark Realty Capital. She was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Clark Realty Capital in 1998. In 1999, she established and managed a new business unit, which provided development and construction services to technology clients. In 2002, she established Clark Ventures, which delivers turnkey public infrastructure projects to municipal and state governments.
As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Rosenthal leads the finance team, overseeing all financial functions and the risk management group. As CFO, she is the key financial advisor for all senior executives and other departments and heads up the company’s strategic planning process
During her career, Ms. Rosenthal has also worked with Weingarten Realty, a publicly-traded REIT, and with McKinsey & Co.
Ms. Rosenthal earned an MBA and JD from Harvard Graduate School of Business and Harvard Law School. She is also a graduate of Cornell University, where she received a BA in economics. Ms. Rosenthal is an Officer of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women, and is a Trustee of Congregation Beth El.
