Real Estate Council
The Cornell Real Estate Council was founded by a handful of members in the 1970’s; today, the council boasts 1,250 members worldwide and is the largest university-based network of real estate professionals in the country. Open by invitation only, the council is dedicated to advancing real estate education and outreach, and is the founding sponsor of the Cornell Real Estate Review.
Members sitting on the Baker Program in Real Estate Advisory Board meet twice yearly, in the fall and spring. In addition to supporting the Baker Program in Real Estate, council members are also valued advisors to the university as a whole, offering investment advice for endowment, planning and property development, and student housing.
Dues-paying members of the council are also invited to attend seminars and events in their home regions. For more information including a schedule of events, visit the Real Estate Council website.
