The Urban Land Institute (ULI) has selected Tim Yaeger (MPS/RE ’09) as the recipient of a ULI Graduate Student Fellowship. The scholarship provides a full membership for two-years in ULI, registration to attend ULI semi-annual meetings, and registration to one ULI conference annually for two years. Travel and lodging allowance to the Spring Council Forum, Fall Meeting and one domestic conference per year is provided, and all Fellows are assigned a mentor who will advise and guide them through ULI and the profession.

“I am extremely excited to be awarded a fellowship from ULI, and look forward to being involved with ULI over the fellowship period and throughout my real estate career,” said Yaeger.

Yaeger comes to Cornell with 8 years of background in real estate working in commercial property management and brokerage, and most recently for a luxury home builder in California. He received a B.S. in Business Economics from Willamette University. Tim intends to pursue a career in commercial property development upon graduating from Cornell.

Graduate Student Fellows also have the opportunity to participate on a Product Council. Product Councils are an outstanding opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at various areas of development and international activity with an elite group of real estate professionals.
