ITHACA, NY. – The International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc. Graduate Level scholarship are awarded each year to two full time graduate students who are also ICSC members and indicate a preference for a career in retail real estate. Each scholarship provides $10,000 towards student tuition and the recipients of these scholarships will be known as ICSC Foundation Student Scholars. Haine applied for the ICSC Foundation scholarship after he was accepted to the Program in Real Estate and was awarded the scholarship in May at ICSC's annual RECon convention in Las Vegas.

“We are thrilled that Chris has been recognized for this honor,” said David Funk, director of the Cornell Program in Real Estate, adding “ICSC is an important affiliation for our students and this award, the first for a Cornell student, will help to build the bridge between the Program and ICSC.”
