Cornell Real Estate Council Member Eric Negrin Moves to Studley

In March, Eric Negrin ’86 joined Studley as Corporate Managing Director in its New York based Capital Transactions Group where he will specialize in investment sales. Studley, a brokerage firm founded in 1954, is one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate advisory services.
Negrin will be joining the group led by Woody Heller, Executive Managing Director, and Will Silverman, Corporate Managing Director. Studley is a growing presence in the New York investment sales market, having closed better than $675M in transactions in 2010.
During the course of his 21-year career, Negrin has been involved in more than $20 billion of consummated transactions. His prior experience includes a 10 year stint with CB Richard Ellis, where he was involved in many of New York’s most notable sales, including those of the General Motors Building and Stuyvesant Town/ Peter Cooper Village. Most recently, he was co-head of acquisitions at the Paramount Group.
In 1986 he graduated from Cornell with a B.A. in Government, and in 1991 received his MBA from New York University. Negrin is a member of both the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Sales Broker Committee and the Urban Land Institute. He is also a member of Cornell’s Real Estate Council, an extensive network of industry leaders and active supporter of the Program in Real Estate.
