A New Beginning for the Class of 2011

On May 29, 2011, the Program in Real Estate will celebrate the beginning of a new chapter in the careers of the Class of 2011 by hosting the 2011 Program in Real Estate Commencement Ceremony. The Commencement Ceremony will be held at 12:30 pm on Sunday, May 29, 2011 on the Arts Quad lawn in front of West Sibley Hall.

Prior to graduation, students and their families are invited to attend the 2011 Commencement Eve Celebration hosted by the PRE at the Big Red Barn, located behind the A.D. House on East Avenue. The event will be held on Saturday, May 28, and will begin at 6:00 pm. The Commencement Eve Celebration is an opportunity for students, joined by their families, to come together and celebrate the accomplishments of the Class of 2011 one last time before embarking on their respective careers. A video tribute of the students’ journey throughout their academic careers at Cornell will be on display.

For over a decade, the PRE has allowed students to explore their interests in the real estate field and has offered the support and resources needed by students to accomplish their goals. The comprehensive curriculum offered by the Program encourages students to explore areas beyond the traditional path and has allowed the graduating classes, including the PRE Class of 2011, to obtain positions with specialized firms around the world.
