Join us as we examine and explore recent trends and developments with respect to the ‘greening’ of existing buildings.
Each panelist will present a brief green retrofit case study highlighting key components, cost/benefit analysis and lessons learned. Attendees will leave with a detailed understanding of rationales and expected returns regarding actual green retrofit projects underwritten by investors.
