During Lynn’s tenure with Lehman Brothers, the CTL Group completed more than $3.7 billion of financings. Lynn has a long history in real estate finance, initially as an Attorney with a law firm in New York City, then with Integrated Resources, Inc. where she was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of tax-oriented and income-oriented real estate and where she served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of American Real Estate Partners, L.P., a publicly-traded limited partnership.
Lynn is a graduate of Tufts University and the Cornell Law School, and early in her career was with the law firm Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where she created and managed DLJ’s Credit Tenant Real Estate group. A member of the Advisory Board of the Cornell Program in Real Estate and the MBA Program in Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin, Lynn has written extensively and is a frequent speaker on Credit Tenant Lending, CMBS and other real estate finance and talent management topics. Most recently, Lynn has been invited to become an Adjunct Faculty member of the NYU Department of Leadership and Human Capital Management and is working on two book projects.
Lynn’s prepared comments in seminar will focus on the real estate finance today, including the CMBS market, and insights into how the market has come full circle from the late 80’s and early 90’s to now.
