The Real Estate Industry Seminar scheduled for April 7, 2011, will feature Sam Goldstein of Laguna Beach, California. He will share experiences drawn from his extensive musical and real estate investment and development career. Mr. Goldstein’s work as a professional musician dates back to the 1950s and his involvement in real estate began in the early 1960s. Since the late 1970s, Mr. Goldstein has focused on real estate investment and development ventures ranging from self-storage to historic preservation and environmental mitigation.
