Jeffrey Fine is a Vice President in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area (REPIA) of Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division. He is also the Secretary of the MBD Real Estate Investment Committee, GS Real Estate Mezzanine Partners Investment Committee and the Developing Markets Real Estate Investment Committee. Mr. Fine joined REPIA in July 2002, after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University earlier that year.
The Merchant Banking Division is the private equity arm of Goldman Sachs Group Inc. specializing in corporate, infrastructure and real estate investments worldwide. Since its formation in 1991, REPIA has raised approximately $32 billion of capital across 19 investment funds—the majority for its Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds, a series of eleven opportunistic private equity vehicles.
Mr. Fine is a member of the Cornell Real Estate Council.
