RE Seminar: Ithaca real estate developers
The Cornell Program in Real Estate Distinguished Speakers Series welcomes the key Ithaca real estate developers currently engaged in significant student housing, affordable housing, market residential, office, and retail projects in our local market. This event is the final seminar of the semester, and we will celebrate with a dinner following the panel discussion (see attached invitation). We hope that you, your significant other, and family can attend.
This final distinguished lecture of the semester will feature some of the key developers that have shaped the Ithaca landscape over the past 20 years as well as focus on many of the key projects currently underway. Each of the panelists will provide a brief overview of their current project, and then the ensuing panel conversation will address the challenges and opportunities in investing in Ithaca and what it takes to be successful in this market as well as field questions from the audience.
