The Cornell Real Estate Industry Seminar welcomes Fred Cooper, Senior Vice President for Finance, International Development and Investor Relations at Toll Brothers, Inc., to campus as the featured speaker on Thursday, March 11, 2010.
Fred Cooper oversees Toll Brothers’ Wall Street, banking and rating agency relationships. He has leadership responsibility for investor relations and financial marketing activities in the U.S., Europe, Middle East and Asia. In addition, Mr. Cooper is responsible for Toll’s exploration of international expansion opportunities in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and elsewhere. He is also responsible for sourcing distressed investment opportunities from U.S. financial institutions.
