The Cornell Real Estate Industry Seminar welcomes Daniel H. Lesser (BS ’79), Senior Managing Director – Industry Leader, Hospitality and Gaming Group at CB Richard Ellis, to campus as the featured speaker on Thursday, February 25, 2010.

Mr. Lesser’s involvement in the hospitality industry began when he graduated from Cornell’s Hotel School in 1979.  After several years of work in operational and administrative positions with Hilton Hotels Corporation and Eurotels-Switzerland, he became a founding member of HVS International.  Later, Mr. Lesser founded and led the hospitality and gaming group at Cushman and Wakefield.  In his current position at CB Richard Ellis, he is involved in appraisal, economic feasibility, investment counseling, and litigation support and, of course, transactions.  Mr. Lesser works on behalf of corporate, institutional and individual clients as well as public agencies.
