The Cornell Real Estate Industry Seminar welcomes Anthony Colavolpe, Managing Principal of The Citron Group, LLC., to campus as the featured speaker on Thursday, March 18, 2010.
Mr. Colavolpe has over 37 years of experience in development and ownership of real estate. Prior to establishing The Citron Group, he spent fourteen-years with two wholly owned subsidiaries of Royal Ahold—Stop and Shop and Giant Supermarket—as Senior Vice President of Real Estate. In this capacity, Mr. Colavolpe was responsible for all real estate related activities, including, location research, new store development and asset management throughout the northeastern United States from Maine to Virginia. He also managed a multi-million dollar annual capital expenditure budget and served on the company executive and operating committees.
