RE Industry seminar series: Perry Capital’s Andrew Isikoff

The Cornell Real Estate Industry seminar welcomes Andrew Isikoff, managing partner of Perry Capital, an investment firm, to campus as part of the Cornell Real Estate Industry seminar series this Thursday. Perry Capital, founded by Richard Perry in 1998, invests opportunistically across asset classes, including investment through its real estate subsidiary Perry Real Estate Partners. Since joining Perry Capital in 2002, Mr. Isikoff has been a portfolio manager with responsibility for real estate related investments. Prior to 2002, Mr. Isikoff was a vice president at Blackacre Capital Management, an investment firm, where he was responsible for real estate acquisitions in the form of equity, debt and operating businesses. Mr. Isikoff is a member of the Cornell Real Estate Council, serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a board member of Equinox Fitness.
Mr. Isikoff graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a master of business administration and from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Mr. Isikoff’s comments in seminar will focus on the private equity and opportunity in real estate, and will provide ample opportunity for questions.
