After earning her Bachelor of Science degree, Veronica Ramirez formally joined Joseph Chris Partners in 1998 as an Executive Recruiter and quickly established herself as a leading consultant in Single Family Homebuilding. She is actively involved in client relations with major Homebuilders and Residential Land Developers nationwide. Her exemplary record of providing clients with a consistent flow of quality candidates coupled with her willingness to serve her clients through personalized care and unmatched professionalism are among Veronica’s greatest assets.

After being nominated Rookie of the Year in Houston, she was promoted to Senior Partner in the Single Family Division in 2000. Throughout her career, Veronica has remained instrumental in completing national searches for Division Presidents and executive level positions in Finance, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Land Development.

She has cultivated multi-divisional relationships with national homebuilders, as well as privately held builders. Her unique ability to understand the needs of her clients and evaluate candidates based upon that understanding is critical to her success. Veronica’s knowledge of the industry is extensive, allowing her to work quickly and effectively on behalf of her clients and to provide the recruiting support necessary for success in today’s competitive building environment. In 2004, Veronica’s record-setting performance earned her the title of Top Producer” in the company and #2 in the entire state of Texas under the umbrella of all industries, not just Real Estate.

After three successful years as a Senior Partner, Veronica was promoted to Single Family Division Manager in 2002. As the manager of this important profit center, Veronica’s vision, leadership skills and mentoring capabilities complemented her recruiting prowess and brought a great deal of success to the division and JCP. Her team increased their production by 35% each year from 2002 to 2005. In addition to her responsibilities of planning and managing the activities of JCP’s most productive division, Veronica maintained her status as the company’s leading producer. As a result, in the spring of 2005, Veronica was named to the position of Executive Vice President for JCP, a role created specifically for her to provide a fine tuning of her leadership and management skills in preparation for her current role.

On October 1, 2005, Joe Ramirez named his daughter, Veronica Ramirez as President of Joseph Chris Partners. Veronica will lead the company’s team of seasoned, dedicated professionals into the future as she continues her quest to provide the industry with an unparalleled level of service and unmatched results.

Managing Director

Greg McNeal brings his wealth of experience and passion for positively influencing peoples’ lives to the Real Estate Grad International (REGI) arm of Joseph Chris Partners after successfully bringing sustained talent to some of the most notable firms in today’s real estate market. An active participant in regional and national industry events including RealShare, CPN, ICSC, ULI, and MECSC conferences, Greg devotes numerous hours to staying abreast of the issues that affect both the clients and professionals he represents.

Himself having graduated from Texas Tech University within the last five years with degrees in Biology and Chemistry, Greg can relate to the issues and fears associated with students who may be entering the job market for the first time and are uncertain as to the best practices in presenting their qualifications successfully.
