The Cornell Real Estate Industry Seminar Series welcomes Alan Krause, Mark Misencik, and Jason Carroll, Chairman, President, and Director of Development and Finance, respectively, of the Mid-America Management Corp. to the Cornell Real Estate Industry seminar this Thursday. The team will examine ownership and business organizational issues as part of their presentation.
Founded in 1967, Mid-America Management Corporation has aggressively built a comprehensive portfolio of commercial real estate. Today, holdings exceed $400 million in total asset value and include over 40 multi-family, retail and industrial properties located in eleven states. A bedrock of the company’s success has been adherence to two fundamental principals: strong management and the maintenance of a sound relationships with the financial community.
Mr. Krause, the company’s founder, graduated from Cornell in 1952, and received his MBA from Cornell the following year. Mr. Carroll, meanwhile, is a 2002 graduate of the Program in Real Estate.
