Graduate Minor in Real Estate
The Cornell University Program in Real Estate offers a Real Estate Minor option for graduate students enrolled in any College at Cornell. The Graduate Minor, established in 1996, has now been enhanced with new requirements and additional course offerings that take effect beginning in Fall 2010. The requirements for completion of the graduate minor in real estate include completion of Principles of Real Estate (HADM 6620) or Real Estate Development Process (CRP 5320) and any three or more of the following core real estate courses totaling 12 credits.*

With the country’s largest dedicated full-time faculty and small program size, the Program in Real Estate offers the ability to examine real estate in depth and from a variety of perspectives – developer, investor, owner, financier -- and provides a real estate minor to augment your graduate study in a complimentary area.
