The Program in Real Estate enrolls just 20 new students each year out of a competitive pool of applicants, and this cohort will take the core requirements together, learn and challenge oneanother, and become close over the two years. Due to the Program’s unique affiliation with colleges across the Cornell campus, meanwhile, real estate students interact daily and develop close connections to MBA, Hotel, Architecture, Planning and Law students. It is the best of two worlds. The intimate size of the entering Real Estate cohort ensures that every student gets personal attention and preserves the flexibility to accommodate individual needs.
Program in Real Estate students form close-knit, supportive study teams and connections that endure well past graduation.
Students customize their own curricula, regularly meet with faculty and industry leaders individually or in small groups, and soon become close-knit and highly supportive. At the same time, Program in Real Estate, unlike students in virtually any other graduate program, also expect to build an extensive network of friends and future contacts among other graduate and professional students in the affiliated colleges. These student friends and colleagues, who come to Cornell from every continent and pursue careers around the globe, become lifelong friends and often future business associates.
