Please join Cornell Real Estate Council members and guests involved in the Bay Area real estate community for lunch. Amy Neches of the San Francisco Redevelopment agency will offer an overview of redevelopment efforts in San Francisco. In addition, we will receive a brief capital markets update from two people in the middle of the action--Andrew Jobst with H.G. Capital and Joshua Myerberg with Morgan Stanley.

Amy Neches joined the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency in1995. She now directs efforts in the Mission Bay, Yerba Buena and Rincon Point-South Beach Redevelopment Areas, overseeing large-scale urban redevelopment planning and implementation efforts. Ms. Neches’ previous experience includes work in affordable housing and investment banking in New York, where she was a Vice President at Solomon Smith Barney, concentrating in mortgage and asset-backed securities. She holds BA and MBA degrees from Yale University.
