Ms. Healey oversees the bid’s community outreach and government relations activities, Olympic Village development and implementation of legacy programs. Most recently, Healey served as chief of staff to Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley, commissioner of the city’s Department of Planning and Development and, prior to that, as a principal in Perkins & Will’s Chicago office, serving as the market sector leader for Corporate, Commercial and Civic Architecture.
