Nick Lavigne and Anik Jhaveri
“Simplicity in the High Performance Workplace”
Nick LiVigne LEED® AP ’07 is a strategic planner at Mancini Duffy Architecture and Design. As a graduate of Cornell’s Department of Design and Environmental Analysis, Nick has a unique view of the relationships amongst facilities design and management, corporate objectives, and the human condition. As a LEED project coordinator at Mancini Duffy, Nick has been able to gain experience documenting and understanding the application of sustainable technologies.
Anik Jhaveri is the Design Principal and Partner at Mancini Duffy Architecture and Design. Mr. Jhaveri is an award-winning designer with 14 years of design experience in programming, master planning, and design of facilities. Anik has been at the forefront of green architecture since becoming LEED Accredited in 2002. He leads the effort in green design at Mancini Duffy and his efforts focus on green research, productivity and human environments for high performance buildings.
Welcome and introduction by Dr. David Funk, Director of Cornell’s Program in Real Estate. David Funk will welcome attendees to the Cornell Real Estate Council event and provide an update on Council and Real Estate Program events and activities at Cornell.
