Westwood Station will transform an aging and underperforming 135-acre industrial-park site into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly mixed-use development featuring new office, retail, hotels, residential, and open space. Conveniently located adjacent to the MBTA’s 128 Commuter Rail/Amtrak station, Route 128, and Route 95, Westwood Station is poised to be the region’s premier example of smart growth, transit-oriented development and a national model for mixed-use communities. The project – master-planned by the Boston architectural firm of Elkus Manfredi Architects and owned in partnership with Commonfund Realty – includes 1.75 million square feet of office, lab, and R&D space, 1.3 million square feet of space for specialty retailers and restaurants, 1,000 residences, and two hotels with 380 rooms.

Jed Raymond is Director of Marketing and a Project Manager at Cabot, Cabot & Forbes. Previously, he worked for Raymond Property Company as a project manager at Turner Hill, a 360-acre golf course, hotel, and luxury residential development in Ipswich, MA. Jed graduated with an MA in Real Estate Development and Design Studies from the Harvard Graduate School of Design in 2005 and with a BA of Arts and Sciences from Middlebury College in 2000.
