Mr. Greenberg currently covers the private real estate investment portfolio for Cornell University’s $6.1 billion Long Term Investment Pool, which includes the University’s endowment. His previous real estate investment experience spans consulting, development, acquisitions and dispositions across all major property types. Mr. Greenberg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Finance and he received his M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst as well as a former Submariner in the US Navy.
